Join Us for the PCVA Annual Candle Lighting Ceremony
In recognition of National Crime Victims’ Rights Week (April 19–25, 2026), the Philadelphia Coalition for Victim Advocacy (PCVA) invites the community to an evening of remembrance, partnership, and healing.
✨ Theme: SEEN. HEARD. HEALING TOGETHER.
This year’s ceremony is a powerful collaboration with the School District of Philadelphia Office of School Safety and the Pennsylvania Office of the Safe Schools Advocate, bringing school safety leadership and victim advocacy together in one shared space.
